Project Implementation Process
1. Requirement Analysis
Evaluate the production process, identify workpiece materials, determine the required pressing force (tons), and define production capacity targets.
2. 3D Engineering Design
Develop complete 3D mechanical designs, including the machine frame, transmission system, electrical cabinet, and overall automation layout.
3. Manufacturing & Assembly
Perform laser cutting, mechanical fabrication, welding, precision machining, and complete assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
4. Control System Programming
Program the PLC and HMI systems, configure motion control, integrate sensors, and implement machine safety functions.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Conduct functional testing, load testing, pressure calibration, system optimization, operator training, and final project handover.
